Derrick was a graduate with the Fillmore Central class of 1999.
He moved to Rochester and is now back working for the Fillmore County Journal,
Olmsted County Journal, and SMG Web Design as an Online Media Consultant.
He comes to us from the Post Bulletin in Rochester. He is also a graduate of
Leadership Greater Rochester class of 2011. He is active in the community of
Rochester as a member of the Rochesterfest board of directors and the creator
of the Dachshund Dash. Derrick is currently attending Western Governors
University to get his Business Degree. In his spare time he enjoys spending
time with his wife and two daughters, hunting and other outdoor activities.
